Based near the Vistula River in southeastern Poland, I produce organic, low-intervention wines from vineyards planted on limestone and marl soils. We focus almost exclusively on Vitis vinifera—Pinot Noir, Blaufränkisch, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Gewürztraminer, and Riesling—crafted through spontaneous fermentations and minimal cellar work. My goal is to express the unique terroir of our cool-climate site through wines that show purity, freshness, and moderate alcohol. I’m proud to be part of a new generation redefining Polish wine with elegance, authenticity, and a Central European identity.
