A family winery in Němčičky with roots dating back to 1898, Víno J. Stávek combines tradition with a modern approach, and is certified organic. Specialising in Frankovka (Blaufränkisch), the estate produces a wide range of styles, including structured reds, elegant rosés and distinctive fortified wines. Built on generations of know-how and a strong sense of terroir, the winery is known for its expressive cuvées and precise work with red varieties from the unique “nine valleys” landscape.
