Aya Estate Vineyards/Seewines Spirit

AYA Estate Vineyards is a young winery located in the Struma Valley region near Melnik – an area of unspoiled nature, rich in history. The mild mediterranean climate and well-drained soils make it particularly well-suited to viticulture and production of quality wines. Our 40 ha of vineyards are grown in accordance with biodynamic principles and are in conversion for organic certification. The vineyards are planted with both international and indigenous grape varieties, the most important being Melnik and Early Melnik. Seewines Spirit is an offspring of Aya Estate Vineyards, a craft winery and distillery for high-class Bulgarian wines and spirits. It is located in the Thracian valley, near the small village of Lesichovo.
