Hidden gems for your wine list. Years of study and love for wine led us to the very talented winemakers in the centre of Europe. Surprisingly, we began our journey in Poland – a fresh, uplifting and inspiring tale of unique wines. The wineries showcased today are my personal favourites – a mix of classic Vitis vinifera and grapes of the future from small family-run wineries from most of the corners of Poland, and my recent discovery from Slovakia that will blow you away!
