Imako Vino is a family story of passion and dedication, spanning three generations, committed to creating wines that capture the essence of our region. Led by the brilliant Atanas Runchev, our head winemaker for 25 years, we are driven by enthusiasm for exploring the endless possibilities of our vineyards resulting in a unique fusion of old-world character and new-world ease creating “easy to love” wines. Joining Atanas is a brother and sister duo, Nikola Ljubotenski and Dusica Ljubotenska-Lazarova who carry forward their family’s winemaking story.
