Poiana Winery

Poiana Winery is a private estate surrounded by forests of elm and oak trees in the heart of Moldova.The estate owns 36 hectares of private young vines. The grapes are filled with the best juice and character, easily sensed in the wine taste. Be it white, red or rosé, the Poiana wines are made using various techniques: normal and cold maceration, fermentation on lees, malolactic fermentation, aging in oak and on lees. This complex sequential approach allows us to extract most of the fruit, acidity and aroma of the skins, the juice of the grapes.
