Suvac Winery

Suvac Winery is a family-owned producer from the Republic of Moldova, founded in 2023 by winemaker Sergiu Suvac (with over 15 years of experience). Operating under a low-intervention approach, the winery produced approximately 8,000 bottles in 2023, with controlled small-batch vinification and careful grape selection.

The portfolio includes indigenous and international varieties such as Viorica, Fetească Regală, Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Vinification combines stainless steel fermentation and selective oak ageing to preserve varietal typicity, balance and structure, resulting in fresh, precise and food-oriented wines.
