Vislander

Established in 397 BC, the ancient Greek colony of Issa on the eastern Adriatic coast was renowned for producing the finest wine, as mentioned by Greek chronicler Agarthid. Centuries later in the 17th century, our ancestors settled on the Croatian island of Vis, delving into vine cultivation. Today, Vislander is the largest family estate on Vis with a state-of-the-art winery. It stands apart as the sole producer of single vineyard Plavac Mali (25 ha) on the island and offers Vugava (12 ha) in several styles. Our wines are a timeless reminder that wine is a celebration of life itself.
