Aya Estate Vineyards/Seewines Spirit

AYA Estate is located in Bulgaria’s Struma Valley near Melnik, a region with pristine nature, and an ideal climate and soils for viticulture. The organically certified vineyards feature both international and indigenous varieties, focusing on Melnik and Early Melnik. The estate includes a gravity-fed winery, art gallery, and surrounding natural landscape. AYA produces red, white, and rosé wines under the AYANO, COLORITO, AYA, and DISEGNO labels.

Seewines Spirit, an offshoot of Aya Estate, is a winery and distillery whose focus is craft production of orange wine and wines from indigenous local grape varieties.
