The estate laid the foundations for a lifepath, an approach to life, a set of valuesthat also creates value. In 2012, the Tóthfamily fell in love with the atmosphere ofthe hills on the outskirts of the 1000-year-old town of Pannonhalma. The decisionwas quickly followed by action, with 13 hectares of planted vines already turning green in 2014. For the grapevines we went all the way to Andau in Austria, where the famous Scheiblhofer name is a guarantee of quality. Following the preparatory excavations, the soil sections were examined in detail and the appropriate subjects were selected. Clone selection was developed with this knowledge in mind. In white wines, the light, fruity character is dominant. Currently we use two oak barrels, a high quality Hungarian one and a Burgundian barrel with a specific toasting
